Spreading Joy in Every Artisanal Batch

In New Orleans, the pecan was a staple of French Quarter cuisine. Whether in pies or pralines, the folks from N'Awlins love a sweet pecan. My mom used to make her famous meringue pecan treats for our family, neighbors and anyone passing through; spreading joy in each hand made batch!.

When I became a mom, I wanted to continue this family recipe. I began to share these “famous” treats with my friends and family. My childhood treat became the inspiration for Geaux ("Go") Nuts.

Our meringue coated pecans, a New Orleans favorite, will give you a taste of my deep family history and satisfy both sweet and salty cravings!
